1. Digital products

All products sold on Quiet Mind are digital downloadsdelivered as PDF, MP3, or MP4 files. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Delivery

After successful payment, your product is delivered immediately via a download link sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery is handled automatically by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.

Please ensure the email address you enter at checkout is correct, and check your spam or junk folders if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.

3. No refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive any statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing your download, please contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to help.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for every transaction made through Quiet Mind. This means Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller on the receipt and is responsible for:

• Securely processing your payment;
• Calculating, collecting, filing, and remitting all applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST globally;
• Issuing invoices and receipts;
• Handling chargebacks and billing-related customer support.

Quiet Mind never sees or stores your payment card details.

5. License and use

On purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own individual use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share publicly, or use Quiet Mind content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
